a beautiful day
Paradigm shifts are on my mind.
All the doors are opening everywhere all at once and the gates will all be open soon.
All the azaleas and dogwoods and redbuds here; in Tulsa, this morning are blooming and the late spring birds are back and singing even after the sun is coming forward.
For this short-lived moment at least, I feel truly free.
Connecting my underlying consciousness threads with the simple glory of this day is perhaps a strange way to begin interacting with it. But mornings like this that are still cool and abundantly alive and very still all at the same time are exceedingly and wonderfully rare in Oklahoma.
This will be a full spectrum day I think.
But wait a minute.
AlphaGo and DeepMind have started unblocking and interconnecting the doors and a higher functioning awareness is on the horizon.
Awareness of us.
What Martin Buber referred to as 'I and Thou'.
Viktor Frankl talked about a different spectrum of awareness.
But awareness of a higher order is rolling right up in front of humanity's house like a delivery driver with the engine left running.
Giving artificial intelligence the capacity to assign lasting evolving meaning will enhance discernment and complement the intuitive that already seems to be developing.
I just hope everyone plays nice together now that we are almost there.
