The innocence and honesty of children disappears after a time.

The sad truth of it is we corrupt our children because of our world; our nature.
We change and blunt their wonder.
We shrink their souls.

Children are perfectly content to speak the obvious truth and admit to everything.
They become disconnected from reality after a time.
They learn deceit by watching us.
They fall in line.

It seems unnaturally cruel and selfish that this world we have now is the world we have chosen for them.
Cannabis won't set us free but it might loosen the grip a bit.
Because the chains in the pit have not yet been loosed.
And some things are extremely dangerous simply because they are true.
